I got out of it once because I was supposed to present my research that week. I'm so glad I did too. It was an armed robbery/murder case from a drug deal gone bad. That would've been some heavy shit.
I got out of a heavy murder-rape case back in '07. The defendant (who was Mexican) kept making eye-contact with me... creepy shit.
